The main activity area of the department:
- Marketing work to enroll foreign citizens in University to take a preparatory course, full-time training, retraining and clerkship;
- Foreign student enrollment campaign organization and escort of foreign students who come to the University for the first time;
- Paperwork for foreign entrants, students and graduates of the University;
- Assistance in invitation and visa issue, registering foreign citizens who come to the University to take full-time training or do shirt-term clerkship;
- Organization and implementation of academic mobility programs for teachers and students of the university;
- Conducting correspondence and telephone negotiations with embassies of the Russian Federation to foreign countries and embassies of foreign states to Russia;
- Escort of foreign delegations during official visits to the University;
- Extracurricular work with foreign students to help them adapt to new cultural and legal environment.
