Receiving a student’s invitation

Following documents must be sent to invitation11@yandex.ru:

1. A copy of passport (pages with the photograph, date of birth and passport validity (-not less than 2 years; date of issue & expiry);
2. A copy of the Certificate of Completed Higher Secondary Education.
3. Application form. 

The procedure of invitation process takes 30 days.

The invitation will be sent to the appointed address by Express Mail Service (EMS).

Apply to a student’s visa

Upon receiving the invitation letter, the student must contact the Embassy of the Russian Federation in his / her country in order to apply for the student’s visa. 

Enter Russia

In order to enter the territory of the Russian Federation and to be admitted into the University, a student should have the following documents:

1. Passport, student’s entry visa 

2. Immigration card (is given during the flight or at the airport; it must be filled in by student, stamped by customs in the airport right after arrival to Russia). 

Admission

1. A copy of passport;
2. Original of Completed Higher Secondary Education School Certificate (including mark sheet/transcript), that should be legalized (i.e. stamped by the Ministry of External Affairs (or Ministry of Education) and Russian Embassy of the country, where student received the Certificate); 
3.  3 notarized copies of the legalized Completed Higher Secondary Education School Certificate;
4. Certificate of equivalency. Foreign citizens can be admitted to the University before applying to the certificate of equivalency to the Federal Service on Supervision in Education and science in condition that by the end of the 1st year of study it will be presented to the University.
5. Medical health certificate. 
6. HIV/AIDS free certificate. Kindly note that the validity of the HIV/AIDS certificate is only 3 months.
7. 10 passport size (3x4 cm) photographs in matt finish.
