RSMU TAKES PART IN OPEN DAY PROJECT FOR VIETNAMESE SCHOOL CHILDREN

The event was organized online by Russian House in Hanoi (a representative office of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation, also known as ROSSOTRUDNICHESTVO, in Vietnam) as a part of admission campaign-2023. Its main goal was to select candidates who would apply for educational grants and scholarship (quota) established by the Government of the Russian Federation to study medicine in Russia.

The event was to introduce Vietnamese applicants to the system of higher education in Russia, training programs, faculties and specialties of leading educational institutions of the country.

RSMU Rector Roman Kalinin told Vietnamese pupils and their parents about advantages and peculiarities of studying at Ryazan State Medical University. He paid special attention to topical issues of the foreign student registration procedure, admission procedure nuances, learning the Russian language, preparatory courses for applicants, the capacity and functional characteristics of the University campus dormitories and so on. Applicants took a keen interest in the University and asked different questions.

The final “Open days” event at Russian House in Hanoi will be held this November in an in-person format in Vietnam.
