Moscow Breast Meeting is a part of a world movement and an authoritative platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience, where leading national and foreign specialists-surgeons gather.

The best doctors from different countries of the world - Russia, Portugal, Australia, Germany, Italy, the UK and the USA - shared their experience in breast reconstruction and discussed the most up-to-date issues of plastic and reconstructive surgery in the course of the 8th Congress held that year.

RSMU experts V.V. Ivanov and V.B. Filimonov were among numerous participants. The demonstration surgery, where they performed both abdominoplasty and mammoplasty, became a landmark of the Aesthetic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery Section of the Congress. 

The knowledge gained and the experience shared are a valuable contribution to the development of surgery in Russia and our region in particular.
