RyazSMU students took part in the language quest for pupils

Our students Anning Caleb, Arkorful Sofia, Ahmed Radwa, Olleik Sally, Simelane Njabuliso and El Gaabouri Mohamed became the main characters in the quest for pupils of “School 360”.

The event took place on April 22nd. The quest called “Ask, ask the strangers kids!” was a full immersion into the language environment for schoolchildren. The children communicated only in English, asked the questions to find out the necessary information from students of the University who came to study here from Ghana, Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco and Eswatini. In return, students of the University shared the cultural peculiarities and traditions of their countries with the pupils.

"We had not just a quest but a real bridge of friendship" said Alexander Piryazev, Head of the International Department, "The students overcame the language barrier and our students felt part of the local community."

The students of the medical faculty were warmly greeted by the administration and the staff who gave them a tour of the modern educational complex.
